Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 14-day return period, which means you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • Be returned in their original packaging, with all tags, accessories and documentation included.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt.

Items returned without prior authorisation may be refused.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly:

  • Personalised, printed, embroidered or custom-made products.
  • Special-order items obtained specifically for a customer.
  • Gift cards.
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.
  • Certain health, hygiene and personal care products.
  • PPE and safety products where packaging has been opened, seals have been broken, or the item has been worn, used or otherwise rendered unsuitable for resale.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt.

If your item is damaged, faulty, defective, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@ppestockshop.co.uk so that we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.


Exchanges

If you require a different size, colour or alternative product, please contact us at info@ppestockshop.co.uk.

Where possible, we may be able to arrange an exchange. However, the quickest way to obtain the item you require is usually to return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order once the return has been approved.

Any item returned for exchange must meet the eligibility requirements outlined in this policy.


Sale Items

Sale, clearance and promotional items may be returned in accordance with this policy unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

However, sale items remain subject to the same eligibility requirements as all other returns and must be unused, in their original condition and suitable for resale.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

We reserve the right to reduce or refuse a refund where:

  • The item has been used, worn, altered, damaged or is not in a resaleable condition.
  • Parts, accessories, manuals or original packaging are missing.
  • The return does not comply with this policy.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after it has been approved:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card provider, as processing times can vary.
  3. Contact your bank, as refunds can take time to appear.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless an item is faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service when returning goods. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during transit back to us.


Business Customers

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, returns from business customers are accepted at our discretion and may be subject to different terms from those applicable to consumer purchases. This does not affect any statutory rights that may apply.
