Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 working days.

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, although processing times may vary depending on stock availability, supplier lead times and order volumes.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


Product Availability

Whilst we make every effort to ensure stock availability displayed on our website is accurate, stock levels are subject to change and cannot be guaranteed.

In the event that an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we reserve the right to cancel or amend the order. Where this occurs, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to discuss alternative products, revised delivery times, or a refund.


Delivery Times

Once dispatched, deliveries are typically made within 1-3 working days, depending on the delivery service selected and delivery location.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery times may vary due to product availability, courier delays, weather conditions, peak periods and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.


Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and will be displayed before payment is completed.

Any applicable free delivery thresholds will also be shown during checkout.


Part Shipments

Where an order contains multiple items, we reserve the right to dispatch products separately where this allows part of the order to be delivered sooner.

Where additional deliveries are required due to stock availability or supplier delays, we will endeavour to keep customers informed of any revised delivery arrangements.


Large, Heavy or Special-Order Items

Some products may require additional delivery time due to their size, weight or availability.

Where extended lead times apply, we will contact you as soon as possible.


Delivery Address Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery information provided is accurate and complete.

We cannot accept responsibility for delays, losses or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied at checkout.


Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to the recipient being unavailable, incorrect address details being supplied, or the parcel not being collected from a designated collection point, additional delivery charges may apply before the order can be re-dispatched.


Missing or Delayed Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at info@ppestockshop.co.uk and we will investigate with the courier.

Please note that parcels cannot be considered lost until the courier’s investigation process has been completed.


Damaged Deliveries

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us as soon as possible and provide photographs of:

  • The outer packaging
  • Any internal packaging
  • The damaged item(s)

This will assist us in resolving the issue quickly.


Delivery Delays

Whilst we make every reasonable effort to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timescales provided, all delivery dates and times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

PPE Stock Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or economic loss arising from delayed delivery, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of business, loss of contracts, loss of opportunity or project delays resulting from late delivery of goods.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.


Delivery Restrictions

We currently deliver to mainland United Kingdom addresses.

For deliveries outside these areas, please contact us before placing an order.
