Terms & Conditions
1. Overview
This website is operated by PPE Stock Shop. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to PPE Stock Shop.
By accessing our website, browsing our products, placing an order or purchasing goods from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.
Please read these Terms carefully before using our website. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our website or place an order with us.
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the updated version on our website. The version in force at the time you place an order will apply to that order.
2. About Us

3. Use of Our Website
You agree not to use our website:
- For any unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorised purpose.
- To transmit viruses, malware or harmful code.
- To interfere with the security, operation or availability of the website.
- To copy, reproduce, resell or exploit any part of the website without our written permission.
- To submit false, misleading or inaccurate information.
We reserve the right to refuse access to our website or cancel orders where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.
4. Product Information
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, prices and availability are accurate and up to date.
However, product images are for illustrative purposes only and actual products may vary slightly in appearance, colour, packaging, branding, dimensions or specification, particularly where manufacturers update products or packaging.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the products you order are suitable for your intended use. If you require a specific brand, certification, size, specification or compatibility, please contact us before placing your order.
5. PPE and Safety Products
Many of the products we sell are safety-related items. Customers are responsible for selecting products suitable for their intended purpose, working environment and any applicable safety requirements.
Where a product is supplied with manufacturer instructions, safety guidance or certification information, you should read and follow that information carefully.
We are not responsible for misuse, incorrect selection, incorrect fitting, incorrect storage, alteration or use of products contrary to manufacturer guidance.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights where goods are faulty, not as described or incorrectly supplied.
6. Orders
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the goods in your basket.
After placing an order, you may receive an order acknowledgement or confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order, but it does not guarantee availability of the goods.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or amend an order where:
- Goods are unavailable.
- There is an error in the price or product information.
- Payment has not been received or authorised.
- Delivery information is incomplete or incorrect.
- We suspect fraud, misuse or unauthorised activity.
- The order appears to have been placed for resale or other commercial purposes not agreed by us.
- We are unable to fulfil the order for any other reasonable reason.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled goods.
7. Pricing and Payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling.
Prices may change at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted by us, except where there has been an obvious error.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, product errors or technical errors at any time. If an error affects your order, we will contact you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the affected item.
Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched.
You confirm that any payment method used by you is your own or that you are authorised to use it.
8. Product Availability
All products are offered subject to availability.
Whilst we make every effort to ensure stock availability displayed on our website is accurate, stock levels are subject to change and cannot be guaranteed.
If an item becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we may contact you to offer:
- An alternative product.
- A revised delivery date.
- A partial shipment.
- A cancellation and refund for the unavailable item.
9. Delivery
Delivery is subject to our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We will make reasonable efforts to dispatch and deliver goods within the estimated timescales provided, but delays may occur due to stock availability, supplier lead times, courier delays, weather, peak periods or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or economic loss arising from delayed delivery, including loss of profit, loss of business, loss of contracts, loss of opportunity or project delays.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
10. Part Shipments
Where an order contains multiple items, we reserve the right to dispatch items separately where this allows part of the order to be delivered sooner or where items are supplied from different locations.
You will not be charged additional delivery fees for part shipments unless this has been agreed with you in advance.
11. Delivery Address and Failed Deliveries
You are responsible for ensuring that all delivery information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
We are not responsible for delays, losses or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by you.
If a delivery attempt fails because you are unavailable, the delivery address is incorrect, or the parcel is not collected from a collection point, additional delivery charges may apply before the order can be re-dispatched.
12. Risk and Ownership
Risk in the goods passes to you once the goods have been delivered to the delivery address provided.
Ownership of the goods passes to you once we have received payment in full for the goods and any applicable delivery charges.
13. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
Returns, refunds and cancellations are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms or our Returns & Refunds Policy affects your statutory rights.
Certain products may be excluded from return for hygiene, safety, traceability or customisation reasons unless they are faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly. This may include opened, used or worn PPE and safety products, personalised items, special-order items and sealed hygiene-related goods.
14. Business Customers
We sell to both consumers and business customers.
If you purchase goods wholly or mainly for business, trade or professional use, you are purchasing as a business customer.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, business customer returns are accepted at our discretion and may be subject to different terms from consumer purchases.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to business customers for:
- Loss of profit.
- Loss of sales or business.
- Loss of contracts.
- Business interruption.
- Loss of anticipated savings.
- Loss of goodwill.
- Indirect or consequential losses.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
15. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
If goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or incorrectly supplied, please contact us as soon as possible at info@ppestockshop.co.uk.
We may ask for photographs, order details, product details or other information to help us investigate the issue.
Where goods are confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, we will deal with the matter in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation and our Returns & Refunds Policy.
16. Manufacturer Information and Warranties
Some products may be supplied with a manufacturer’s warranty or manufacturer guidance.
Any manufacturer warranty is in addition to, and does not replace, any statutory rights you may have.
Where appropriate, we may liaise with manufacturers or suppliers to investigate defects, warranty claims, compatibility issues or product concerns.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, update information, cancel orders or amend orders where information on the website is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.
21. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations where such delay or failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
This may include, but is not limited to, courier delays, supplier delays, strikes, labour disputes, transport disruption, natural disasters, fire, flood, severe weather, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government restrictions, pandemics, power failures, technical failures or shortages of goods, materials or labour.
Where such an event affects your order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.
22. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
- Breach of your statutory rights where such rights cannot legally be excluded.
- Any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
Subject to the above, we shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or economic losses arising from use of our website, delayed delivery, product unavailability, or use of goods purchased from us.
23. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that part shall be treated as removed from these Terms. The remaining sections shall continue to apply.
24. Waiver
If we do not enforce any part of these Terms, this does not mean we have waived our right to enforce that part or any other part of these Terms in the future.
25. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms, our website or any order placed with us shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
